Corey communicated with me in advance of any repairs/replacements. He was very easy to work with. Bowser Nissan service in general has great evening hours and convenient after hours drop off area.
Pretty good. We went out on a Tuesday for inspection. What were the odds they lost power and we were sent home with nothing but done. No fault of Nissan. Called later that day to reschedule for Thursday. Was happy with the prompt fit-in. Car was inspected plus multiple other findings that weren't really necessary but we did anyway. Upon checking out our service guy gave us a $25 coupon. Seriously, $25! We just spent over $700 and lost not one day but two days with the power out.
