Josh Krupp at Bowser Nissan was one of the nicest down to earth mechanics I’ve met. In the vehicle service industry it can be difficult to find someone with the same enthusiasm, personability, and honesty that Josh has. He made my experience great and was able to give me all the maintenance my vehicle needed at a reasonable price. He was also able to tell me about recalls on my vehicle I was unaware of. Josh’s customer service abilities get a 5 out of 5 star.

The dealership went above and beyond to solve my car's persistent mechanical problem. I recently purchased a new car that, unfortunately, had a recurring mechanical issue. I was really disappointed, especially since it was a brand-new vehicle. I had a real good experience at this dealership, better than any other. The service people are really courteous and knowledgeable Mike the Manager is really dedicated.
