One of my favourite model train brands. The attention to detail is amazing. It’s really great that you guys do a bunch of Ontario Northland products. To me that is important because no other company really does onr justice. Keep up the great work.

Just watched a video of a Bowser Rep being incredibly rude at the national train show. I wouldn't do business with a company that talks to its customers like this. I'll be cancelling my preorders. Very disappointed.
Have a pair of IC&E GMD SD40-2s that I bought over a year ago. One of the power leads to the trucks snapped from its solder point and is next to impossible to reattach. Why would you use such short lengths of wire and on top of that put the contact point in such an awkward spot. Also why did the soldered point break in the first place? Cold Solder on behalf of poor quality control maybe? Oh, that’s right. You want us consumers to return the model to the manufacturer so you can find a way to make more money off of us.
