First inspection for new 25 GMC Denali was good. I asked to look into smoke from exhaust on start up and cold start. They didn’t inspect on start up and just plugged in to show no issues. Also hard shifting when cold. Again the answer was no diagnosis were found and software up to date. Tech suggests to warm the vehicle before driving. Low temperatures have been I the 50’s and they said to bring it back if there are still issues. A lot of wasted time and didn’t verify complaint. 10k miles.
The people here are always friendly and helpful. A+. Highly recommend.
