Aweful place to leave your pets. Very poor customer service. Negligible empathy when it comes to the relationship thier clients have with the animals they are entrusted to care for. Do yourself a favor find a better place.
We've been using Bowser B & B to board our yellow lab for a year now. First, we sent her there at 6 months old for the 2 week training program with Michelle. I chose to drive our dog out there to tour the facility and was so impressed by how new, clean and well kept it all was. The staff was so friendly too and everyone seems to have been employed there for a long time, which says that they treat their employees well too!
