I am so thankful we came across Dr Angus. Our fur baby had a tumor that our original vet said there was nothing they could do for her and Dr Angus made it happen his priority was to get this terrible tumor out of our dogs leg, his professionalism knowledge empathy and compassion is above any experience we have had with any of our animals. Dr Angus and the reception team are very friendly and very professional. We’ve been taking our dog Max here the last few weeks after an emergency and the care we’ve been receiving has been exceptional. The Dr is upfront about expenses and happy to talk strategy open and honestly before big decisions, the facility is also very clean… and our pup gets lots of pats and treats Onsite parking and a bathroom in the waiting room make our trips to the vet very easy during this hard time with our sick pup. Very caring and knowledgeable vets!
We have used this veterinary practice for several pet members over several years. Some vets much kinder than others. After latest debacle and vet nurse choosing to be verbally abusive to me across the reception area as I left with a deceased family member, then after I complained in writing , the vet nurse was told by the practice to apologise and I got an email saying she was having a bad morning, will never return. Zero compassion and very high costs.
