Long wait time for mower repair. Will update feedback once mower has been fixed.
We live in the W Shire and are 30 mins from the shop & recently purchased a Razorback mower which is not a small investment the guidance and advice was second to none. A personal drop off of the machine and tutorial after hours was not a problem. The machine is perfect for our property and we will have all our gear serviced there. We also received a lovely Xmas hamper cannot recommend Bowral Mowers highly enough! Merry Xmas.
Unimpressed by the treatment I received this morning. Came in with a BRAND NEW product that was faulty and was completely disregarded by the Customer service rep “Wayne” that served me. He attempted to pick apart my knowledge on Hedging tools. Claiming I need to be lubricating the hedger “every 10 minutes”, which is absolutely unheard of. I had only been trimming a light Azalea hedge for approx 15 minutes before the fault occurred and the staff member pushed that I “must’ve been cutting something sappy”.
