Very rude staff. I am new to this car wash and drove up, was ignored and they went and served someone else, when I got out of my car to talk to them, i asked nicely what do i do, and he said “you park and we come up to you. Its common sense”. Even if we made a mistake and should have parked first, there was absolutely no reason to be so rude. Terrible customer service, and no prices on display either. No signage to explain how they operate, and first car wash where they dont take the keys from you when you drive up

The worst, do not go to this place, they are bushrangers. There are no prices rather they look at the vehicle and come up with a price. To clean a Kia Sportage I was quoted $250, I promptly left went to Mittagong and paid $60.00 to have the car cleaned.
