High Five to the staff of Bowral hospital. Both the medical and administrative team were amazing. The new wing of the hospital is very well-appointed, and although a public patient, my elderly mum was very comfortable. She even had the use of a TV at no extra cost. I am very grateful to the staff for the kindness and support they provided my mum during her time of illness

My experience at Bowral Emergency Department was overwhelmingly negative. I encountered the worst doctor I have ever seen, and I plan to submit a formal complaint about them. The nurses were also notably unfriendly. If possible, I recommend traveling to a better emergency department. The female junior doctor I dealt with should not be permitted to practice.
