I usually really enjoy shopping at Bowood but today's experience was just a complete disappointment. I entered the shop with specific needs in mind and hoping for the usual level of great service and knowledge but the three gentlemen working at the counter were so wrapped up in their personal conversation they could not even break away for a simple greeting or inquiry of what I might need.
