Moved over to this clinic after my son and I relocated to this area. Office was really excellent about answering all my questions and getting me in on a Saturday. They also made sure all my insurance paperwork was done, prior to the appointment, which was really helpful. My hygienist was Alysha. Usually I suffer from extremely sensitive gums and teeth and that was the most comfortable cleaning I've had in ten years, highly recommend this office. Alyshas patience was top notch as well. The staff at this dental clinic are phenomenal. Everyone!! They accommodated me with very short notice, which was not expected, but very much appreciated. Great service and very friendly people. Highly recommend.
My family has been coming to Bowness Park Dental for the last 6 years and we will come for as long as we can! I recommend this clinic for anyone who is shy or nervous (especially kiddos). I am often surprised by medical professionals who are not child friendly or trauma informed! My daughter was initially petrified to see any medical professional (especially men) and now its become a safe place to take care of her teeth!!
