In honesty, we transitioned to this clinic as a result of following our vet, Dr. Blessing, from her original location. The staff at this clinic are super friendly and welcoming everytime we've come in with our puppy. The process for usual things like appointments or prescription refills are easy and straightforward! Nothing bad to say about our experience here
If you are looking for a new vet, I would HIGHLY recommend Bowmont Animal Hospital! Dr. Tom LeBoldus treated my dog with exceptional care. Their entire staff was so incredibly compassionate, helpful, & welcoming. They really took the time to make sure my dog felt comfortable & safe throughout the entire appointment. It’s such a relief to find a team that cares about animals as much as their owners do.
Highly recommend! The front staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The vets here are truly amazing—they were instrumental in getting my new puppy sorted with everything they needed. Beyond just the medical care, they offered great insight into puppy ownership, sharing tips that have been so helpful for a new pet parent. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares, this is the place!
Dr. Blessing is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly takes the time to care for our pet and answer all of our questions. We feel very confident in her care, and she is the reason we chose Bowmont Veterinary Hospital. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk has been very disappointing. One of the employees (Envie) is often rude, comes across as having an attitude, and does not seem willing or happy to accommodate even small & simple requests.
