Pick up the phone when they feel like it and you can't leave a message because they say "we are unable to retrieve voice mails" which they could fix by getting a new password, but I guess that would be too challenging
I had Dr. Bootoo. Very nice man, easy going and personable. Gave me a great follow up on my results and very detailed. As far as booking appointments. It's hard getting anything quick. But was pleased with the service over all. Good job
Very professional and made my son feel comfortable during his assessment. They explained exactly what he should expect and he was booked a follow up appointment to get his results without our prompting. I appreciate the service - so far, no complaints here!
Don't recommend this clinic. My husband experienced really poor service.First, my husband had chase them for an appointment initially, then again for the follow up to go over test results was a mission. When he finally got them to give him a follow-up appointment nearly one month later the doc missed the appointment no one called. Upon calling them doc was rude and unattentive. I wish we had known and not wasted time here.
I took the sleep clinic twice as asked,initial test and follow up test. Was told I have sleep apnea and need a CPAP..so far its been over a month since the last test, and the prescription for the machine has not been provided,Called more than once to get it to no avail.I do NOT recommend this office.
