Great place, I was fortunate to find Dr O. He is very nice and I am so happy I finally have a family physician. Receptionist very nice and prompt to answer our questions
Website says they’re accepting new patients. I called on behalf of my partner to confirm - the lady receptionist said to come in and fill out a new patient form. Next day my partner goes in asking for the new patient form, only to be met with “there is not one doctor in this building accepting new patients”. Moreover, she was full of attitude and had no desire to help whatsoever, basically saying “you’re on your own” when my partner asked where he should go. Disgusting and unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend this clinic. Seemed very un organized and they do not keep the rooms clean. They had an open garbage and some tools in the sink. The doctor also said I just had a viral cold but I went to a hospital later because my cough wasn’t getting better and found out I had pneumonia.
Came here to have an FAF filled. Front desk staff were kind and professional. Dr. Kennedy and his associates were also wonderful. I was in and out within 40 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.
