This pharmacy has been wonderful for my family for years. I would give a 5 except on occasion when I call in for repeats, one of the people who answers the phone is very rude. Today she asked me for prescription numbers and when I said I did not have them she replied “well I’m not guessing!” I thought she was going to hang up the phone on me. Awesome staff
I switched to this pharmacy years ago and have brought many friends and family since. The knowledge and kindness are second to none! The staff have acted as therapists as well as pharmacists while our family navigated a couple very difficult mental health patients. Their patience and empathy have gotten the caregivers (myself and my mom) through some extremely rough times. They’ve offered to connect with the dr when we were exhausted and unsure what to say.
