Awful business, took me two days to get my vehicle, the lady kept telling me they don't have any drivers to let me in to get it, and she kept asking me the same questions over & over, yes I have my papers from the police station, well did u go pay them, well I wouldn't have the paper if I hadn't went & paid them, it takes a act of Congress to get your vehicle from them, just crazy
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS WRECKER. AAA sent them and they told me they would be there at 12:30pm and they didn't show up until after 1. The guy who showed up to change my tire was VERY rude and unprofessional. He stopped halfway through changing my tire to pee on the side of the road. WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL DOES THAT?! If you want a wrecker service that is more professional and one who isn't rude to their customers, use someone else.
They are the best in Guthrie. Have been voted as the best for years.
