I like this pharmacy. Kurt and his staff are really helpful. Their pharmacy seems less hectic than other pharmacies and so I feel like I can ask them questions.
I really like this pharmacy but was disappointed to learn that they do not send text notifications after 6:00 PM, even if they receive a doctor’s prescription well before that time. If this happens, customers are not notified until the following day. This is especially troubling because the pharmacy remains open until 8:00 PM, yet prescriptions may sit ready without any notification, potentially delaying pickup by 12 hours or more. The service is consistently excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The staff takes the time to answer questions, explains medications clearly, and always makes you feel like more than just a number. Highly recommend!
Bowmans Pharmacy has wonderful, caring employees who go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I am especially impressed with their pharmacists Kurt & Julie. They’re knowledgeable, kind and not rushed to answer questions. Although I have gone to Smith’s and Walgreens, I have found Bowman’s superior in service and responsiveness.
