Had them install a heat pump/propane furnace a couple years back. 4 employees came out (sales, installers and repair). Regulator wasn’t working (green pump like thing propane runs through). Bowman’s says that’s the propane dealer’s issue. Propane guy comes out and informs me that very old regulators must be moved outside. Having them inside and vented was code years ago, but old ones have to be relocated. He red tags my tank. Finally get Bowman’s to talk with FerrelGas guy. He explains it. The technician came to the house smelling like strong pot. Unprofessional.
Bowman’s has done plenty of work for our family! They are honest people who do excellent work! They have been there for our family many times over the years. I always recommend them!
They came out quickly to look and issue. But when scheduled time to have work done, they did not show up and no call. Then rescheduled and again no show no call and their phone goes straight to email and no return call to message left. The first no show was explained and was reasonable. The second no show is frustrating.
