Not a good experience. When you return a trailer the lady at the front desk is rude and one of the guys talks like he wants to fight. They bill you repairs that are unnecessary
The woman over the phone is rude. Train your people better.
I went to drop and pick up a trailer but was held up in the process, Priscilla in the office and Alex a mechanic were very helpful through this stressful time. They did their best to help in anyway.
They have bad trailer and bad tires very bad service
