Had a rear drivers side blowout Sunday evening so I took my car here Monday morning, dropped it off to replace both rear tires. After work I arrived at 3pm and waited 40 minutes for the correct tires to arrive and they installed them while I was there. Too many ways to list here. Just stay away folks. Dishonest, poor work, complete sketchy place all around. Randomly asked the other 2 customers in the store if they trusted these guys and both were having similar experiences. Way better options out there.
Had an appt today for 1p. Got there 10 min early van didn’t go in the garage until 1:40. Needed to bleed and flush my brakes josh Dillon quoted me about $42 for a complete flush of the brake line. Checkout comes (2 hours later) he wants to still charge me for a brake line flush though they didn’t do it. See pics below. Says I need a master cylinder so flush wouldn’t help but still wants to charge me for it!!?? My brake fluid still needs changed but I just paid Bowman to do it. Great experience taking my car to Bowman Tire and Repair. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, I find it hard to find somewhere honest where I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of. I brought my car in with a flat tire, and they were able to patch it instead of replacing the tires, as I was told somewhere else, which saved me a ton of money! I won't be bringing my car anywhere else for tire needs in the future. Thank you!
I came in to the Bexley location. Stressed and upset after a nasty encounter at the shop across the street. The manager Mark Benacquista was wonderful. I was treated respectfully and kindly. He got me in and out so I could get to my second job on time tonight. For a woman with a husband over seas, teaching full time and a second job and kids. I truly appreciated the respect and kindness I was treated with. I will be able to take the kids to safely pick up daddy tomorrow with a well running car.
