I have been coming here for six years.My 2012 GMC Terrain has 249,000 miles on it, and still runs and drives great thanks to Bowman Goodyear. I think they are truthful and fairly priced.
If I could leave no stars I would. Called on Thursday to see if I could drop my car off after hours on Friday for a Saturday oil change. Said sure thing. Asked if they needed my info and I was told no. Never heard anything from them on Saturday. Google said open till 5 pm. Went at 3:30 and they were closed and it does not look like my car was moved. Have to wait till Monday to see what the hell is going on.
Took my 2016 F250 in for a fuel filter change that costs me $80 at home for parts, and was charged $160 for parts. That's $60 over what oem parts would be. Robert wanted me to leave the truck so he could do the work and make up a price. A buddy brought his truck in for what he was told a $200 transmission fluid and filter change, he goes to pick it up and was charged $600.
