After three years of receiving tax services from Bowman Renaud, I am not satisfied with my experience this year. Although there are still 10 business days until the US income tax deadline, I was told that the date for completing my 2023 payroll taxes is unknown. I had to pay the IRS 5% penalty and interest because they dialed the wrong number. I didn't receive any calls until I called this company. I wish they would email me like they did last year.
