I’d give no stars if I could. If you don’t want to see your child and don’t want an attorney that will communicate with you, then this is your guy. He made it clear to me that the court system works slow. However, he is unable to reach by phone, I sent countless emails with questions that went unanswered, and never even got to meet with him in person. I wish I could give him 0 stars. Jason completely neglects his clients. There's zero communication. He charged hundreds of dollars to file a motion, told us the motion had been signed by a judge, and then a month later said it never went in front of a judge because the defendant agreed to our terms (which they went back on, obviously). He collected thousands of dollars, avoided our calls and emails for months, and never worked the case. Now he's refusing to send us an invoice on the basis of the contracts he has his clients ... read more
