I moved in the first week of April 2026 and from the beginning right up to today the process has been seamless and Annie the Park Manager is amazing. I honestly don’t know how she does it. This is not a small park and I have already seen improvements the short time I have been here. Bowman has done well hiring Annie. I will be sure to update this post as time goes on but wanted to share my initial experience. -Paul

It’s almost a month that I’ve moved here and out of all the places I visited bowman was the best place, clean, lots of space and nice and quiet and the property manager Annie has been great since day one. Great place to live and great management.
We’ve been here since October and really like it. Annie has been awesome, especially during the storm, going out of her way to keep everyone informed. We really appreciate her.
I lived their for about 9 years. And at the start the place looked great, it was clean and had great property management they lived on the grounds. The pool was always open, the club house was open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, you could play pool watch TV, use the l, it was really nice.
