I moved my tiny house into this community a couple weeks ago. My experience has been excellent all the way and made possible by the property manager Annie. From day one looking at the property Annie has been very communicative and a pleasure to talk with. Once I decided to move in she went above and beyond preparing my site. I'm excited about the upcoming improvements planned for the property and look forward to enjoying life here even more.
We've been at Bowman Hilton RV Park for a year. It wasn't until our new manager Annie came on board that things started changing for the better. Annie has made a huge difference in how the park is ran. She has successfully removed unruly residents, hired a full-time maintenance person, improved the landscaping, and so much more. I have a tiny home I'm selling on behalf of a client in this community, and I've had a great experience here. The community is tucked away from main roads, but only 10 minutes to town, and 45 minutes to Seattle.The community is a blended community of tiny houses, RVs, and manufactured homes.
