Randy and the entire staff at Bowman funeral home were nothing short of amazing in a time where our family really needed guidance and comfort the most. From the first initial phone call to assisting us filling urns, and memory keepsakes with no hesitation. Our family had a very good experience working with the staff at Bowman after my mom passed away. She needed to be transported to another state for burial - next to my dad. They coordinated with the funeral home in the other state and made it as easy as possible on the family. Mom was treated with the greatest respect. Lori was our funeral director and made arrangements for my husband and I to spend a few moments with mom before she was transported. Mom looked beautiful and peaceful. Went to their website and requested help in.plannig my funeral. Never heard back. Went somewhere else and got it taken care. Don't expect customer service from this outfit because it does not seem to exist. I have been seeing their ads on TV and thought I should provide a reasonable warning.
