This place made the death of my mother 1000 times worse. One guy showed up to pick up her body. The stretcher was too big to get into the room so we had to put her in a body bag and carry her out like trash. He put her in the back of a van, and when he turned the key on to start the car, loud heavy metal music was playing, and he didn’t even turn it off as he drove down the street. I had a great experience. They were informative, patient and walked me through the entire process.
The staff at Bowmans were very kind and professional. They did a great job with my mom, making her look good for the viewing. And we’re very respectful of our time that we needed with our mom. They took care of the flowers that we had ordered. They got them to the church then to the graveside, then back to the church for the reception. They helped us pick out her gravestone, were very patient and explained everything very well. They helped us every step of the way.
