Terrible treatment by staff. Deplorable customer service.
For 30+ years I have used this company and yesterday when we needed them they completely failed. Claimed after all this time that our lane was too narrow. Never has been before in our history and it was freshly plowed when they arrived.
We use Bowman Fuels for bulk fuel delivery for three types of fuels. They come once a week. Never had any issues. Staff are quite friendly over the phone.
Great reliable friendly service.
Jane helped us out with an emergency situation regarding our oil tank with efficiency, sense of urgency and friendliness. We are very pleased with bowman as our fuel supplier, everything has been straight forward smooth sailing with them so far.
