Julie is an empathetic and knowledgeable therapist. I have admired her professionalism and kindness when I’ve collaborated with her as owner of Bowman Family Services. I have also participated in her yoga classes and been impressed by her skill and ability to support and inspire everyone in her class.

My 10 yr old daughter sees Ashley at this practice. Ashley is very nice, patient and sweet. She is young and I feel like this is important because she can relate more to this new modern world. So far we had a great experience here. Setting up the appointment was very fast and easy via text and portal. They take my insurance and co-pay is low. Ashley is very accommodating and understands our needs

Rachel is an amazing therapist and has helped out family through some difficult times! It’s is always easy to schedule an appointment and she is very flexible with mtg us in person or virtually.

I started working with Juli J a few months ago and needed to do all virtual sessions due to work schedules and proximity. She was able to pretty instantly build rapport, trust and relationship with me even through the computer because she is just so down to earth, candid, and authentic. I had struggled to find a therapist who would challenge my thinking, educate me and push me.
