I have been carrying around those thoughts and feelings for a very long time. It has been an experience releasing them. But Julie was there for me. She helped me tremendously. I am a different person now. I'm so happy to have found her.
Dana was phenomenal! She’s a great listener, who gave me practical strategies, and resources. It’s been about 3 years since we finished and I’m doing so much better still. Dana provided a true safe space where I could say whatever and be transparent without judgement. She made me feel heard and I will never forget her for it. As a first-time therapy client, I was incredibly disappointed by my experience with Meagan. During both my initial session and a follow-up session, the therapist chewed on ice loudly and continuously throughout our entire time together. It was highly distracting, unprofessional, and made it impossible to focus on the treatment. I gave them a second chance hoping it was a one-time issue, but the behavior continued. I cannot recommend this provider
