I have a strong dislike for going to the dentist especially having gone to very rude practices before, the team are friendly and seem to really care.
I confess to being chair-shy of dentists from childhood experiences. However necessity took me to BD recently (and I am scheduled again today). A recent research article listed four criteria by which to measure services such as dental. In order they are: are inter-personal communication and understanding; professional skills; individualized program; organizational structure. I see Theresa Cook, as do several other family members. She, and the front desk team, tick my boxes on those four criteria.
Coming from someone that is terrified of going to the Dentist, Dr Julia is amazing, absolutely recommend you go and book in , Dr Julia is truely amazing, very gentle and caring , explains everything and makes you just feel comfortable. The lovely reception girls are very friendly and helpful too.
I recently had a couple of appointments with Dr Caleb Auhl. He was relaxed, friendly, and professional. The appointments were quick and easy to set up, and I'm very happy with the results.
Went in for a check-up and a clean with Kathy Bowman. (Was meant to be and appointment with a different dentist yesterday but she was running 45+ minutes late.) But anyway things happen. My experience today was great. I was incredibly nervous as it was a very long time since I had gone into a dentist but the ladies at the front desk, Kathy and her dental assistant were lovely and friendly. Kathy performed a X-Ray and a quick, but thorough clean of my teeth, I'm happy. Thank you.
