He's a nice guy, but more importantly he did everything right. No problems adding to the existing Hunter Douglas setup I had.
We contacted Jason to replace shades in our living room after continual problems with them, the manufacturer & the company we bought them through. He felt they were still in great shape and proceeded to call in a request for replacement/repair.
