I called to have a blind repaired and explained I did not know anything about blinds. JB (sorry if I heard your name wrong on the phone!) took time and care explaining what type of blind it was and what was wrong with it. He's a nice guy, but more importantly he did everything right. No problems adding to the existing Hunter Douglas setup I had.
We contacted Jason to replace shades in our living room after continual problems with them, the manufacturer & the company we bought them through. He felt they were still in great shape and proceeded to call in a request for replacement/repair. Ten days later, the repaired shades are hanging in our living room....they have never operated more smoothly!!
