I called to have a blind repaired and explained I did not know anything about blinds. JB (sorry if I heard your name wrong on the phone!) took time and care explaining what type of blind it was and what was wrong with it. He was able to recommend me to someone who could repair my blind and ended up helping me resolve my issue (I called three other companies previously who immediately and rudely ended the call when I explained there was no brand listed). He's a nice guy, but more importantly he did everything right. No problems adding to the existing Hunter Douglas setup I had.
We contacted Jason to replace shades in our living room after continual problems with them, the manufacturer & the company we bought them through. He felt they were still in great shape and proceeded to call in a request for replacement/repair. Ten days later, the repaired shades are hanging in our living room....they have never operated more smoothly!!
