Edit:The company reached out to me and stated they had entered the wrong code for my billing and are working on a refund of the difference. I still feel like there could be improvement in communication and following up with clients but will give them 5 stars for attempting to correct the mistake. We own a fitness center with 6 a/c units and when anything breaks Ron gets us back up and running asap! Always fair prices and he fixes things right the first time! So thankful to have someone like him around!

Received invoice for work back in February and it was more than I expected. I don’t think I was ever actually told how much it would all be to be honest. It was difficult to arrange times for service d/t the company never getting back to me. The last appointment I was told they would come back and install my thermostat and never heard anything else other than receiving the invoice 2-3 months later. Heater still doesn’t work but it’s summer now. Will probably call a different company next time.
