My dog was in horrible shape and I thought when I got home she would be dead. They got her in and was diagnosed with coonhound paralysis (it’s a real thing I promise lol) and had to have a lot of test done, meds, and staid there two days. I didn’t have hardly any money and they made it work and my dog was back to normal like it never happened. Thank you BG vet clinic.
We were having a rescue dog treated for heart worms. They over charged from their quote, the last time by more than 33%. Our dog stayed two days and brought home kennel cough and gave it to our other dog. These vets are terrible. DO NOT USE THEM. When shown the quote the woman got hateful and said they will put the extra $80. As balance due on our account after making the $266. Payment THEY QUOTED.
All the staff at this awesome clinic from the front line at the receptionist desk to the barn, are courteous and truly committed to the health and well-being of (I'm sure) all our loved four-legged family member. I know they are with mine. Briefly, one is a special needs cat, who I love deeply was treated by Ashley Bowers DMV, who went above and beyond by taking a proactive stance for poor Mama kitty's serious dental disease.
