Scheduled an appointment and brought my car in for a bad fuel pump. Called after a couple days with no update and was told they hand looked at it yet. Called again a couple days later and they said they said it wasn’t the fuel pump and they still hadn’t got it on a lift to look at it. When asking for a timeframe I was cussed out and decided to terminate services. Took the same vehicle to Musser auto where they repaired so wiring issues and replaced the severely leaking fuel pump that BG muffler was unable to identify

Rip off. Fixed my catalytic converter in December only for it to be cracked 3 months later. A warranty is no good if the company doesn’t take accountability for what was replaced. Known about this company for years…will never come back here.

got an oil leak fixed here, took car longer than said they would, charged me a hefty price to get it “completely fixed”, they left a rattle i had to go and get fixed from what i’m guessing them leaving something loose, on top of all that my car is now leaking oil worse than it was before.
