I hady tire rods replaced and a front alignment done at BG muffler and they were the last shop I went to before I found oily paper towels stuffed in between my air intake and the back of my engine. I noticed it a few weeks later when my engine was starting to smell Burnt, I thought I might have an oil leak,but it was the oily paper towels burning. I do not recommend using them. I had them replace the flexible exhaust coupling on my Toyota Camry. They did not have the correct size coupling so they used one & crimped the ends. They then welded/brazed it in place. It had an leak. The shop foreman was trying to close the shop for the evening, so he kept telling the guy, it will be fine. It was not fine. It leaked. I was not overly impressed.
I had a minor, but serious brake problem. They solved the problem, even doing more than what they promised during the estimate, and still came out within the estimated amount. And, they fixed it the same day I took it in! After all these years of looking, I finally found an honest and competent mechanic.
