Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.
Followed Dr. Meinke from Genoa to the BG Clinic. I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that Wood County Hospital system needs to be brought up to speed, so easier communication can be done with other hospitals, like the EPIC system. Then I'll give a 5-star rating.
I personally am not a fan of going to the doctor. I don't mind to come in a place where doctors, nurses, and staff are so down to earth. The entire staff makes me feel like this office is judgment free of your own health choices and are just generally there to help you however they can. I would highly recommend for anyone who isn't comfortable to go to the doctor's office.
