You should give these guys a chance!
These people are incompetent. Let me give you my review via a list of failures, poor service or just plain financial stupidity: -We filed our taxes through them and the amount we owed was MORE than Turbo tax -I filed my taxes with a cell phone this year and it was easier, more user friendly and cost me only $54 to file; Bowling charges us $425 (about eight times more) to go sit in office with some accountant who sounded as though she hadn't studied tax laws in ten years -They failed to bill us for the filing and sent a bill ... read more
