I bought a complete heating/ac unit from Bowling about two years ago. While they were here filling out the paper work I have a friend with me, and we both understood that I was also purchasing a maintenance package. Turned out that wasn't the case. I wasn't completely satisfied with the way things were explained to me. During the duct cleaning my walls ended up with several places of 1" to 3" scrapes where the paint was removed by the ladder being used.
