Bowlin was professional. I saw the other reviews regarding price. We got everything up front in writing; they delivered on budget, on time, showed when scheduled. We hired them about half a dozen times over about 3-4 years - new furnace, new ac, install chimney liner, etc. pretty major work. They pointed us to brands of similar quality as the well know names but much cheaper. Overall experience good. I am a tough grader so they get 4 stars.

Had a good impression at first. They unclogged our sink, but then handed us a bill for almost twice the amount we were initially told and said that they were even cutting us a deal. We were told $35 for service call and then $62.50 per hour. Well two guys showed up, one who was on the phone with another service call for almost the entire time and we get charged for two guys to be there. Plus the snake charge that we were not told about. Very friendly and knowledgeable service...At least until they give you the bill. I had a $50 service performed and ended up getting billed $300+. They added services on without informing me of extra costs. Customer service afterwards is pathetic.
