I had a terrible experience with this windshield replacement company and would not recommend them to anyone. They came out to replace my windshield, and instead of leaving my car in better condition, they left it a complete mess. There was broken glass all over the inside of my car—on the seats, the floor, and in places that are hard to clean. Opened a windshield claim on Saturday afternoon through my insurance. They sent the information to Bowles to set up an appointment. Sunday morning, I received a call from Tony requesting my VIN. I sent the VIN Monday morning and he called me to schedule Tuesday morning. By 1:30 on Tuesday, my windshield was in and all cleaned up! Super friendly, great communication, and very efficient! I will definitely be a returning customer and will be recommending Bowles Glass to everyone I know.
