Bought a bed from them 9nyears ago bed was under warranty, but they want you to have a mattress protector on at all times. Thing is you can't enjoy your mattress, cause if it has one itty bitty stain warranty voided. Terrible warranty. Its be comfortable or burn up. There's your choices with you warranty. Bed has a terrible dip in it. But it has some stains. So guess what no warranty.. springs fail at about 8 years...
Was able to go in and get exactly what I wanted within 5 minutes. The owner even assisted me with taking my item to the car.
