Had to switch to 3 different lanes due to mechanical issues. Was given a coupon for our troubles that expired a year ago. Received no proper compensation for our inconvenience. The manager said don't worry, just say my name and we'll honor it. Then we received an email asking if we would recommend their establishment to others and we responded by explaining our experience was unacceptable and have yet to receive a reply with a proper solution.
Very busy! Great parties for kids
We had a great time and thank you to T, she was amazing! So nice, helpful, and welcoming. She never missed a beat did a wonderful job at making sure we were okay and if we needed anything. The bowling was fun of course but having a great staff always makes it better!
