Came in Saturday for the advertised family deal. Lanes sat empty, but staff said they were reserved for a tournament, even though the website showed them available and it was during the family deal hours. Worse, this was our 2-year-old's first time bowling, and we had to leave without her getting the chance. Wasted trip.
Bad management. Bad lanes. Expensive. Watch their stock price. Down down down.
Our second time here and another fantastic experience. The staff and management are very kind, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend!
It was A great time, but I’m very disappointed as a single father with four children. Was told by an associate that if I used Groupon I could get a better rate. So I tried to save some money, purchased it, and then got to the shoe counter And was told they couldn’t redeem it for 24 hours. So wasted an $114.00 because I had to still pay another hundred dollars because we couldn’t use it that day for my grandmother’s birthday.
