Hot inside during march, the order was messed up and one completely forgotten. The lanes kept messing up, which took time out of our absurdly expensive game play, and i had one last bowl. The timer went off and shut our game down. Don't recommend it unless you have over 200$ to throw away for, just bowling for 4 people. Not including any food or drinks.
My husband and I brought our daughter in for what I thought would be her first time bowling today, but instead it didn't turn out that way. Upon arrival we noticed that the bowling alley looked pretty empty, and after approaching the counter we learned that only 4 lanes were being used on a SUNDAY. The employee at the counter offered to put us on a waitlist, then proceeded to tell us that there were 5 groups ahead of us, and that she didn't know how long the wait would be. Have to say by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had showed up at 12:30 as a birthday trip with family and friends. From the very start lanes didnt work for over a hour and a half they kept trying to fix. Rather than just giving us new open lanes that were available we were forced to wait each time the game stopped working. They were nice enough to extend time but at some point waiting nearly 2 hours to bowl 8 rounds is pretty crazy for paying over 200$.
