Rude and slow customer service! The lanes are pretty bad too.
Hosted a small team outing here tonight and I'm more than satisfied with how everything went! Great space, fantastic arcade section, food is delicious but mostly we had exceptional A++++ service from the staff and manager onsite. A huge thanks to Xander, Julie, Kiran, and Vanessa! 🙏🙏🙏
We have been to the arcade at this location 3 times now and always have a great time! Shout out to the staff - they have been kind, patient and attentive every time. From the customer service to the female bartender to the employees that have help with prizes, we’ve been treated really well!
A small bowling alley. Inside the valley fair mall right next to macys. There are a lot of games do the kids to play while waiting for the lane. Games are fairly decent and not too expensive. About 3-6 credits each game. We spent about $100 for games for 6 kids with the Groupons 50% off . They played for about an hour. Bowling was ok. Lanes were ok and the balls have holes as big as two fingers so they made crazy sound as they rolled down the lanes. The animation was fun to see.
