The manager reminds me of a Leprechaun but he is kind and works hard to make sure all our rental needs are smooth sailing. I rent from this location 3 to 5 times a month as well as rent storage units. Its the place to go.
I had a very disappointing experience at Bowlero Union Hills. I asked to speak with a manager about an issue, and the person who identified himself as the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, which made the situation even more frustrating. Regardless of the situation, customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when speaking with someone in a management position. Not sure why this bowling alley went with outdated seating and used tables instead of family friendly booths. The lanes are a bit beat up as well. Hopefully they can catch up to the other Bowleros in the area some day.
Nice clean place to bowl. Lanes are clean, set up machines seem to be working good. The staff is friendly. I have only been here in the mornings. Not sure how it is at night.
