Bowlero is a great venue for birthdays parties! We celebrated my son's birthday party here with 12 of his friends from school, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Bowlero! I was able to work directly with a party planner who made everything less stressful. Our party planner, Jamie, had a lot of insight and recommendations, and was always prompt with returning emails. Apparently they have a new policy where they won’t accept government issued id a vertical id is issued by federal government and should be acceptable
First of all the lady that we talked to when we arrived was so rude. No one explained to us that it was 8.99 per person AND 5.99 for shoe rental. Then we paid $100 for food and waited at least 20 minutes for them to bring it to us. Not one single time did anyone ever come ask if we needed anything or if everything was good. This place is ridiculous. They don’t tell you how much it’s going to be before you bowl, they just take your card and charge you whenever you leave. My poor grandmother took me and my cousin and girlfriend, so four people, we bowled two games and got some nachos and wings. Just to bowl after tax was 120$ and the food was 110$. This place is a scam. It's posted that for 1 game is 8.99 plus a 5.99 shoe rental. If you do the math on 4 people for 2 games it is no where near 120$. As far as the food goes, we literally got a plate of nachos, 6 wings and some pretzels and it was 110. IDC what bowling alley I'm at that's outrageous.
