I often bring my son here, but honestly, it’s pretty disappointing. The lanes are constantly breaking down, and the staff is stretched thin. It’s not the employees’ fault—they really do work hard to assist everyone, but there just aren’t enough of them. The company needs to pay better wages to attract more workers. With a little more help, this place could be really nice. I hope they stop being greedy and start investing in their facilities because right now, it just doesn’t cut it. I love going here with my friends and having a casual game. It’s a little pricey but worthwhile. The staff here are AMAZING! It’s crazy what they deal with all the time, and it’s very hectic but wow. I wish I had names but the woman who was working in our section was lovely, kind, and accommodating. At some points we had issues with the pins not resetting properly, and she got it handled so quick. Plus at the end, we realized we bought too much time and needed to get home (10pm). Good for bowling. Here every week for league bowling. Always a good time but there's no vegetarian food and I'm hungry!! Vegetarians need to plan to eat somewhere else. There's not even a vegetarian salad? They can't even have a veggie burger on the menu? Luckily there are nearby burritos but they're leaving money on the table. Vegetarians eat too.
