Worst customer service experience Ive ever experienced at a bowling location. Dont recommend if your looking for an overall great experience.
The best place to bowl! All the employees are so nice.
Went with a group on on a rainy day. The younger lady asked numerous questions about the group on to verify if it was valid then said they didn't have open lanes because of event going for 2 more hours although over half the lanes were empty. We went to the fontana bowlero and the guy scanned our group on with no questions asked and pit us in a lane immediately. I recommend going to the fontana one if you want better customer service, cleaner/upgraded venue, and a way better arcade.
