Staff Deserve 0 star. We visited for a fun bowling outing and left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. The experience was completely ruined by blatant racist and discriminatory behavior — not from one employee, but from the front desk staff, the assistant manager, and the manager. We recently visited Lucky Strike and were very disappointed with the customer service we received from the front desk staff. From the moment we approached them with a concern, we were met with rude attitudes, dismissive responses, and an unwillingness to help. Very disappointing experience. We were told over the phone that games would be charged at $9.99 if we arrived before 4 PM, and we checked in at 3:30 PM. However, we were billed at a higher rate and only discovered it after carefully reviewing the receipt. Management was not helpful and refused to fully honor what was promised. Very disappointed with experience; The management was unprofessional and failed to honor what was promised over the phone. Before arriving, one of their employees confirmed that our group would be charged $9.99 per game if we checked in before 4:00 PM. We arrived at 3:30 PM, played until 6:30 PM, and completed 26 games. This was our first time here and our Experience was Great from the beginning to end. The staff (who I think was also the manager ) was very kind and helpful. The place is great, The ambience is good we highly recommend and we will definitely be going back! Thank you again for the very kind and attentive service.
