Terrible place. The bowling lanes are old and constantly jam. The staff should be replaced—they spend their time on their phones instead of helping customers. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back.
I had a great experience at this bowling alley, and a big reason was the excellent leadership from the general manager Robert. They were professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The staff was welcoming, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority.
