This location is very understaffed. I can't blame the employees cause they are doing their best. This is the Manager/District Manager, if you want to continue to get business you need to make some changes. The restroom is disgusting no toilet paper etc. I counted 4 employees and you have about 14 lanes in use at the time. No bar person they say until after 4 so you can only get beer which the young lady who served us said was her last day. Food service was slow and wasn't good at all. A young man name: Ian was very knowledgeable, and pleasant. What took the cake was seeing him cook food and changing his gloves, as often as he did. Not even knowing one was observing the importance. However, his approach about about a few questions really in- lighted us as guess.
They don't make any effort to make league times apparent. You drive 20 minutes, and they are surprised closed
Everyone here was so accommodating. (Very clean.) Our family had a great party here.
