We came here last night as a last minute thing since our other plans got cancelled, first timers and not from this town so we didn’t know how it worked Dom I believe at the front desk took her time to explain how everything worked- even though she had people waiting to check out we didn’t feel some type of hostility for not knowing what we wanted to do- our server was also very attentive (didn’t get her name) even helped us get on the waitlist for pool. I had a great experience at Lucky Strike Entertainment. The atmosphere was fun, welcoming, and made for a really enjoyable night out. The staff was friendly, and the environment was upbeat and positive from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Wendy at the bar—she was fantastic!
