Nice facility, many lanes
Josh, Caroline, Kathlyn, and Kaiden were the best. Treated my group great, and helped out along every step. Highly recommend this alley. Amazing people!
We made a reservation and ended up in a lane next to a friendly couple, but our lane was not functioning properly. I ended up at the counter twice and it was really starting to take away from my family’s experience. After my second complaint Stephanie assigned us to another lane that had no issues. Our server Marcia (sorry for the misspelling) was phenomenal. They continued to check on us throughout the night and added time to our lane for the inconvenience. These two ladies were great!
